Elizabeth is our Patient Liason Officer, working closely with site managers across all three of our sites to resolve patient complaints and provide solutions.

Corrine Blackman coordinates the Quality Outcomes Framework and recalls patients for their annual reviews.


The reception team are here to help. They have a very demanding job dealing with enquiries and requests from patients, other staff within the practice and other community providers involved in your care.

When a patient telephones for advice, the receptionist may ask you to for some limited details, this is to help them to decide how best to help you.

If you would prefer not give this information, or wish to speak in private with anybody at the practice, please inform the receptionist.
